April Foooooools! Oh, wait, what? It's June? Shit. Then, you mean, this isn't a joke?

Nope. Sorry, folks, but this isn't some April Fool's Day post that we're just getting around to now. The NFL has really asked Adam "Pacman" Jones to speak at the 2012 NFL Rookie Symposium later this month. Specifically, they've invited him to take part in a series of panels where he is scheduled to—get this—talk to NFL rookies about how they need to stay the fuck away from strip clubs conduct themselves as professional football players.

"The message is, this is not a joke," he said recently while talking about what he plans to tell the rookies. "At the end of the day, you have to treat it like a business. And you're a business owner and every decision you make is a reflection of you…What you do on the field, what you do off the field, it's all a reflection of you. Going to the club here, going to the club there. Having 100 people with you. Checking your advisors, your accountants. Just basic stuff."

We'll let you fill in your own jokes here. But, in all seriousness, it's good to see Pacman's name back in the news for something other than another off-the-field issue. It took him long enough, but it sounds like he finally grew up. Good for him.
