If you're flying home from London to New York and absolutely need to call your boo, or make a business call, or call somebody to let the dog out before he poops on everything, you're soon to be in luck. As part of an upgrade to the Airbus A330, Virgin Atlantic Airlines will be offering cell phone service for Vodafone or O2 users. That includes calling, texting and web surfing. Calls will cost one pound, or 1.6 cents, per minute and texts will be 20p, or 40 cents. Unfortunately, you'll still have to turn off your devices during takeoff and landing.
