Peter Wheeler owned the absolutely insane British supercar manufacturer TVR for over two decades. Naturally, some of the world's most difficult to drive sportscars weren't the only vehicles he had made. Wheeler also made this, the Scamander. It's an amphibious off-roader that looks like a GI Joe vehicle. Basically, it's something we've all been dreaming of since we were children; it just needs more guns.
