Anderson Sotomayor of Vineland, NJ just managed to rack up five DUIs in five weeks. For the fifth one he was actually sipping a beer as he drove and was enjoying some oxycontin that had not been prescribed to him. He had two other DUIs in 1989 and 1992 and has had his license suspended a whopping 23 times.
Apparently New Jersey is a lawless wasteland, though, because he's managed to get his license back time and time again. Assemblyman Nelson Albano is trying to find a legal fix for this insanity.
