We've said it before, you can't trust that your bike will be safe locked up anywhere. Not unless you can see it and are prepared to chase down the scum that might try to ride off on your bike. This guy in China has definitely got the right idea here, tying up his dog right next to his bike as to maximize security. Watch through to the end to see the pooch hop up on the panier like it was a regular bike seat. Simply adorable.
