Here's what you need to know about the Mini John Cooper Works GP: it's 19 secodns faster around the Nurburgring than the last Mini GP.
This mini eschews the more or less useless back seats, the usual mess of suspension and engine upgrades, and unique aero effects, wheels, and trim. We don't know exactly how much power BMW has squeezed out of this engine yet, but it should be more than the 214hp the last GP made.
Only 2,000 will be made, and they'll probably be pricey.
