The 2014 Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid was caught testing at the Nardo in Italy recently and there were several notable differences from the original concept that debuted in 2010. Instead of camera mirrors, the 918 now has real mirrors, the exhaust pipes moved from the side to behind the seats, and there are air scoops behind the front wheels. The engine behind this beauty is a 570-horsepower 4.6-liter V8 combined with a 80 kW lithium-ion electric motor. That makes for a total of 770 horsepower. And you thought hybrids were soft.
