Ouch, this looks like it hurt. During the first quarter of last night's Nuggets/Timberwolves game, JaVale McGee attempted to go hard in the paint when his elbow accidentally ran into the top of Kevin Love's head. At first glance, it looked like Love might be playing up the injury to justify the offensive foul that was called on McGee. But, upon further review, it was clear that Love was seriously injured. And, after being evaluated, team doctors diagnosed Love with a mild concussion and a neck strain and sent him to the hospital, where he stayed overnight for further evaluation. Yeah, like we said, ouch!
