Shots Fired! One of Tim Tebow's Former Teammates Admits That He Wasn't Sad to See Him Get Traded

He sounds like he's glad Timmy isn't on the team anymore.

You knew this was coming, right? Although most of Tim Tebow's Denver Broncos teammates said all of the right things last year and kept it PC when he was still with the team, you just knew one of them was going to take a shot at him now that he's gone. And while it took a little longer than we expected for it to happen, one of Tebow's former receivers finally took the bait during a radio interview yesterday and admitted that the team won't miss Tebow next season now that they've got Peyton Manning.

"It's a business decision," Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas said during an interview with the 2 Live Stews on 790 The Zone in Atlanta. "I ain't going to say I was sad because the only thing they remember is that pass [in the playoffs against the Pittsburgh Steelers]. You gotta go back and look at the rest of the games. I wasn't getting no balls and you had to make some of these plays where some players were open and he is not making the throws, but I don't want to talk bad about Tim. But, hey, I am happy we go Peyton."

Ha! We respect your opinion, Demaryius. But, did you just rip Touchdown Timmy to shreds and then pull out the old "but I don't want to talk bad about Tim" line? Nice try.
