Rolls-Royce took top-of-the-line luxury, removed the line, and rebuilt the Phantom into the impressive 2013 Series II. Don't worry, though. Rolls preserved the integrity of the well-received flagship vehicle, making slight, but significant, improvements.

The bumpers saw slight reshaping, the first all-LED headlamps that adjust with speed and the direction of the vehicle were incorporated, and parking cameras were installed. Although the engine remained untouched, engineers put in an eight-speed transmission that cuts fuel consumption by 10 percent and makes shifts so soft the driver can't feel a thing. $398,970 will put one in your garage when they hit the showrooms this September.
