The Indianapolis Colts want to make sure they select the right guy No. 1 overall in the 2012 NFL Draft. But, Robert Griffin III is making their decision a difficult one. And not just because he's so talented.

A few hours ago, Colts owner Jim Irsay sent out a tweet indicating that the team would be holding a private workout with Andrew Luck today. However, in doing so, he also mentioned that the Colts wanted to do the same with RGIII, but that they were denied when they asked his agent if he'd come and workout for them.

A Luck private workout 2day..we want 2b as thorough n disciplined n process of #1 pick..we wanted 2do private with RG3,but his agent said no

Is RGIII simply being smart by not working out for the Colts and risking injury? Or, is he content with going to the Washington Redskins with the second pick in the draft? Either way, the Colts won't get one last look at him before the draft. And that just might make their decision a whole lot easier.
