Before she finally started modeling, Kathy Gardiner (@KathyGardiner) tried everything. She went to law school. She tried selling mortgages and real estate. And she even relied on a series of odd jobs to pay the bills. But, once she was named a "Hometown Hottie" by Maxim in 2005, she knew she'd found her calling. Since then, she's appeared on the cover of DSPORT, been selected to represent Hankook Tires, and even done a little bit of acting on the side. And, to think: You could have been buying a house from this girl! Life's funny, ain't it?
