How do you make what is potentially the worst team in NBA history even worse? Have the head coach get into a physical confrontation with one of the players. The Charlotte Bobcats are currently on a 17-game losing streak (they haven't won in a month) and are six more losses away from posting the worst record in league history. On Sunday, after a loss to the Celtics, coach Paul Silas and forward Tyrus Thomas had to be separated by other players when Silas confronted Thomas about fraternizing with Boston players during the 'Cats' 94-82 loss to the C's. The team says it's fined both Silas and Thomas. The dust-up didn't inspire Charlotte to play any better, they lost 75-67 the next day to New Orleans.
