Derrick Rose just can't seem to stay healthy. After missing a dozen games because of a nagging groin injury, D-Rose finally returned to the Bulls lineup on Sunday afternoon and dropped 29 points in an overtime loss to the Knicks. He wasn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination—he had eight turnovers to go along with his 29 points—but for Bulls fans, it was nice just to see him back on the court. But, it sounds like they better not get used to it.

According to sources in the Bulls camp, the reigning MVP spent Monday with his foot in a walking boot after he tweaked a preexisting ankle injury at some point during the game. As a result, he might not be able to play in tonight's Bulls/Knicks rematch in Chicago.

We're trying to stay positive here, man, but what gives? We're incredibly high on your Bulls right now in our NBA Power Rankings. But, without you, they might in trouble down the stretch. Can't you just stay healthy for, like, a week? Or, hell, more than one game?
