He wasn't thinking clearly.

Skateboarding crashes can happen for a few reasons. Either the person is trying way too hard to show off, the person is attempting something way out of range of his skill level, the rider is drunk, or the skater doesn't plan anything out and just goes for it. File this video in the final category. This dude found a nice rail to ride, and by the looks of it, it's a rail that he would normally have no problem hitting. There was one thing he didn't take into consideration: There is a car about four feet from the bottom of the rail. This is like when the goalposts in football were at the front of the endzone. It just doesn't make any sense. He goes down, hits the concrete and faceplants into the front passenger-side panel of the vehicle, leaving a sizeable dent. It's cool, though. He learned from his mistake, got right back up and did it again.
