Jeremy Lin Out for Rest of Regular Season With Knee Injury

The New York Knicks made a disheartening announcement about the already banged up squad Saturday night. If they are to make the playoffs, they will have to do so without point guard Jeremy Lin. This year's feel-good NBA rising star will undergo arthroscopic surgery to repair a small meniscal tear in his left knee. The operation requires at least six weeks of recovery, eliminating the final few weeks of the regular season and possibly the first round of the playoffs.
