Freshman Duke point guard Austin Rivers has reportedly decided to forego more time in college and join his father in the NBA. Duke must be getting accustomed to players only balling on campus for one season, as Corey Maggette, Luol Deng and Kyrie Irving have all done the same. Irving, the latest to do so, was the No. 1 pick in last year's draft and is blossoming as the Cleveland Cavaliers' new front man. Although Rivers likely won't be the first pick, he should go in the first round after averaging 15.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. Don't think the Blue Devils' early exit in the tournament had anything to do with this. Multiple sources say they have known this was coming for a while.
