Yooooooo! This has to be the craziest request we've ever seen anyone make during the course of a divorce.
Back in June 2011 when Allen Iverson and his wife Tawanna first split up, she claimed it wasn't because of another woman. What she must have meant to say, though, was that it wasn't because of just one woman. Because recently, she requested that AI "give the name and telephone number of every person other than your spouse whom you have had sexual relations and/or intimate physical contact from the date of the marriage to the date of the trial." That time frame spans from August 2001...until today.
The thought is that Tawanna is just trying to make AI look bad in court and force a judge to give her a better settlement, because she's reportedly been making do with very little since the couple split. But, does she have any idea what she's doing to AI right now? His brain must be racked trying to put together this list—and he's only through, like, October 2001! And Tawanna wants names and numbers, too? How 'bout one or the other?
But, seriously: This is crazy. And kinda sad. And yet another reason why NBA players should think looooooong and hard before they get married when they're still at the top of their games. Because it doesn't always pay off, does it, guys? Especially when you're being forced to try and remember some chick's name that you met at a skeezy club back in the day...
