Baby steps NOLA, baby steps. When the Hornets drop games, they do so in bunches with losing streaks of 6, 8, and 11 this season. So when they dropped their first two games this last week, it looked like another nosedive for the Western Conference bottom feeder. That is until Center du jour, Chris Kaman, dropped 21 points in a win over the Cavs. In the last two weeks the Hornets have been able to manage a modest three game winning streak and proved an ability to regroup by grabbing a win after back-to-back losses. The Hornets may be busted up and completely void of talent, but they're definitely coachable, so there's that.—Sean Evans
