Even under house arrest, it seems that Jerry Sandusky just can't help himself. Pennsylvania prosecutors are asking a judge to amend the conditions of Sandusky's house arrest after complaints that he's been watching children in a nearby schoolyard from his back porch. The prosecutors are asking that Sandusky only be allowed outside his home for medical treatment, they're also against the former Penn State assistant coach's request that he be able to see his grandchildren. Sandusky is facing 52 counts of sexual abuse. You know the phrase "locked up under the jail?" Whatever's worse than that is what this dude deserves.
