Usually when we write about cheerleaders (like here, here, and here), it's for one reason and one reason only: Because they're hot. Not the case here. Sure, Anna Watson has a pretty face and probably cleans up pretty nicely. But we're interested in her because she could also probably power clean, bench press, squat, and dead lift us if she wanted to. That's because Watson, a cheerleader at the University of Georgia, is incredibly jacked up and easily the strongest female cheerleader in the country. And she recently became quite the Internet sensation thanks to a profile that was written on her in UGA's student newspaper Red and Black.
Her "measurements": She can bench press 155 pounds, squat 255 pounds, and dead lift 230 pounds. She once added four solid inches of muscle to her arms in just 10 months. And she was recently offered a $75,000 fitness-modeling contract, but she turned it down because the agency interested in signing her wanted her to take a legal steroid to get even bigger.
Hold up: Even bigger? Say it ain't so. We're glad you turned 'em down. We're also glad that you gave us a reason to put up a post about cheerleaders that doesn't involve degrading women making jokes that 13-year-olds would find funny. It makes us feel like real gentlemen. Er, well, almost. Now back to checking out flicks of cheerleaders skiing in bikinis!
