Did you buy a jersey or a T-shirt from a street vendor before the NHL's 2012 Winter Classic featuring the Philadelphia Flyers and New York Rangers on Monday afternoon? If so, you might want to check the tags, homie. Shortly after the final horn sounded on the game, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigation announced that they seized more than 1600 fake jerseys and T-shirts from Philadelphia street vendors and international mail parcels during the big game. The gear, which was valued at approximately $350,000, was seized through a collective effort by cops and the NHL. So if you bought a jersey or T-shirt to remember the occasion—and you didn't buy it from inside the stadium—there's a good chance you're walking around with a fraudulent item right now. Then again, if you paid 50 bucks for an "authentic" hockey jersey from a guy off the street, you probably already knew that, didn't you?
