Who needs defense? Green Bay backup Matt Flynn and Matt Stafford combined for 1,000 yards and 11 touchdowns. Flynn set Packers records with 480 yards and six touchdown passes. Stafford had the Lions driving at the end of the game but was picked off for the second time on the day.
San Francisco 49ers 34, St. Louis Rams 27
The Rams' late comeback attempt failed, and the 49ers will head into the playoffs off a win. San Francisco Kicker David Akers capped an amazing season by tossing a touchdown, Michael Crabtree caught two scores, and Vernon Davis caught eight passes for 118 yards.
Chicago Bears 17, Minnesota Vikings 13
Jared Allen had 3.5 sacks to fall one-half sack shy of Michael Strahan's record of 22.5 in a season. Despite spending a lot of time on the ground, Josh McCown's 160 yards and one touchdown were enough to help Chicago grind out one last win to get the Bears to .500 on the season.
Miami Dolphins 19, New York Jets 17
Matt Moore and the Dolphins put up 13 points in the fourth quarter to take out a Jets team that stumbled to the finish line this year. Mark Sanchez threw three interceptions, two at the hands of Randy Starks.
New England Patriots 49, Buffalo Bills 21
The Bills went up 21-0 before the Patriots rattled off 49 unanswered points. Both New England tight ends had at least 100 yards and a touchdown, and the Patriots locked up home-field for the playoffs.
New Orleans Saints 45, Carolina Panthers 17
The Saints continued to rewrite the NFL history books with more insane offensive play. Jimmy Graham broke the all-time record for yards in a season by a tight end, and Darren Sproles broke the record for most all-purpose yards in a season. Oh, and Drew Brees threw five more touchdowns in a little over three quarters of play.
Jacksonville Jaguars 19, Indianapolis Colts 13
More poor quarterback play from the Colts locked up their No. 1 pick in the 2012 NFL draft. Dan Orlovsky threw two interceptions, and the Jags completed their season sweep. Maurice Jones-Drew ran for a season-high 169 to give himself the NFL rushing title.
Philadelphia Eagles 34, Washington Redskins 10
Mike Vick waited until the fourth quarter to torch the Redskins for three touchdowns as the Eagles continued their strong finish to the year. Evan Royster ran for 113 yards on 20 carries for the Redskins, who end the season with only five wins.
Tennessee Titans 23, Houston Texans 22
Gary Kubiak chose to go for two after scoring the potential game-tying touchdown at the end of the game, and the Texans couldn't put it in the endzone. Quarterback T.J. Yates left after just four passes, leaving Jake Delhomme to lead the way with 211 yards and a touchdown.
