After having made it's mark with over 100 victories in Europe, Australia, and Asia the new Audi R8 Grand-Am is finally set to make it's US debut at the Daytona International Speedway for the “Rolex 24 At Daytona.” The 24-hour endurance race marks it's 50th run this year as the first major automobile race of the year in the US, kicking off Daytona Speedweeks. Set to be fielded by the APR Motorsport and Oryx Racing teams in the GT class of the endurance classic, the newly developed customer sport race car will be competing against about 30 other vehicles.
