It seems like a new electric car is announced or debuts every day but this one, the Hiriko, is a bit more interesting. The back of this already tiny two-seater can fold up over the chassis so that it only takes up one third of the parking space of a Smart ForTwo. This is a very European idea that I doubt we'll be seeing here in the states for quite some time.
