In America, our traffic cops are sullen and angry... also overweight. This makes driving through intersections an uncomfortable experience. Apparently, in the Philippines, traffic cops do their version of Michael Jackson's dances. He's not bad, although what he's doing with his hips is a little more girly than MJ ever was.
