Take that, haters. Cam Newton is going to the 2012 Pro Bowl! After a stellar rookie campaign that featured him breaking the all-time record for most rushing touchdowns by a quarterback with 14, the Panthers quarterback will be making his first trip to Hawaii for the Pro Bowl next weekend. Newton wasn't originally selected to the team. But due to the fact that Eli Manning will have to skip the NFL's all-star game—he'll be, ya know, a little bit busy over the course of the next couple of weeks—Cam got the call.
Congrats, rookie. Even if you weren't initially chosen to the team, you definitely deserve it.
