Travelling through a big city there are two things you're almost always bound to see: cyclists and street vendors. This guy is both, and what he offers is a chance to get your knife sharpened... by his bike. This is apparently a fairly regular site in the city of Lisbon, as the video states these guys have their own pan flute tune to announce their presence.
So many questions, but what we really want to know here is are the people of Lisbon really just walking around with dull blades all the time?
