Derrick Curtis Sanders was arrested in June for doing 143mph in a 55mph zone. To top it all off, he was over the legal limit for blood alcohol level. He was fined, spent five days in jail, did 100 hours of community service, and was fired from his job. We're wondering why he still has a driver's license but he's saying that the dismissal was "disproportionate to the offenses alleged and/or is excessive so as to be punitive rather than corrective in nature."
This is the same officer who was charged with waving his pistol at McDonald's employees when they took too long with his order. We'd just like to say we're thankful for State Troopers who are ballsy enough to pull douche-bag cops over.
