If you're a guy, stop reading this now. No, seriously. Stop reading this now. Unless you want to walk around in pain for the rest of the day, we are warning you: Stop. Reading. NOW.

Have you chosen to ignore that first paragraph? Okay, fine. Just don't say we didn't warn you. During a Premier League match against West Bromwich Albion over the weekend, Blackburn Rovers defender Scott Dann suffered a major injury. An injury so major that every guy out there will feel his pain. No, he didn't break his leg or sprain an ankle or, hell, lose a limb out on the pitch. No, what Dann suffered was much, much worse.

"Our physio cannot believe it," Rovers manager Steve Kean said shortly after the match. "Scott Dann has come in and played so well...but in our last match he was hurt and it now transpires he will be out for six weeks with a ruptured testicle."

A ruptured testicle, homie?! Everybody who's still reading this, say it with us: OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH! Bet you wish you listened to us and stopped reading at the beginning now, huh?
