At the moment, you can purchase a BMW sedan in the 5 and 7 series, just not the 6. That's about to change with BMW's announcement of the upcoming 6-series Gran Coupe. Though not officially debuting until March at the Geneva Motor Show and in North America in April at the New York International Auto Show, there are three models lined up for U.S. consumers. The 640i is scheduled for early next summer and will roll with a twin scroll turbo six-cylinder. Later, the 650i and 650i zDrive models will be released with all-wheel drive and a twin turbo V8.
