We thought it was bad enough for Kyle Orton when fans bought a billboard to publicy plea for Denver Broncos coach John Foxto start Tim Tebow. New information now tells us that the billboard was just the tip of the awkward iceberg. Apparently, once the large message went live, the Broncos quarterbacks used their agreed-upon power to fine Tebow each day that the billboard remained up. That lasted six days before Tebow actually did replace Orton.
As you probably know, the Broncos have gone 7-3 since the move, Orton was released and was later picked up by Kansas City, where he is the starter. Now, in the final week of the regular season, the Chiefs travel to Denver with the ultimate chance for Orton to once again show Tebow and Broncos fans that he still has the power.
