The Chicago Bulls will officially announce on Wednesday their new five-year, $94.8 million deal with star point guard Derrick Rose. After becoming the youngest MVP ever last year, the new "Derrick Rose Rule" under the reworked Collective Bargaining Agreement allows overachieving players in their rookie contracts to collect bigger deals. Starting in the 2012-2013 season, the 23-year-old Chicago native will earn $16.3 million.
