If you're gonna drive drunk—by the way, DON'T DRIVE DRUNK!!!!!!!—it's probably a good idea to make sure your car has all four tires on it. You can stay between the lines, travel at a safe speed, and abide by the local traffic laws all you want. But, if you're driving a car with less than four tires on it, there's a pretty good chance you're gonna get pulled over.

Former NHL star and current ESPN analyst Matthew Barnaby found that out the hard way early Monday when he was pulled over in Clarence, N.Y. driving his Porsche Cayenne on just three tires. According to police, sparks were flying from the driver's side rim on his car and the front end had significant damage done to it as a result of it (ya think?!). And, to make matters worse, the cops who pulled Barnaby over allegedly found that he was drunk at the time. He failed sobriety tests on the scene and refused to take a breathalyzer test.

SMH. You have got to be kidding us, dude. This has to be the dumbest DUI we've ever seen.
