Contrary to what most people may believe, it's hard being in a referee in the NFL. After seeing this play where ref Ron Winter gets caught up in a scrum for the loose football, you can't help but feel for these guys. That is, until they make some stupid call that costs your team the game. Our love-hate relationship with the zebras runs through and through.  

Hockey isn't for the faint of heart. On any given day, you can get driven through the penalty box doors, nailed by a puck to the dome or in the Kings' Kyle Clifford case, you can get hit and land face-first in the boards. God forgives, the boards don't. #ArarethingRickRossandhockeyhaveincommon

Ole Miss' Terrell Brown should have taken one look at that chair and known that the laws of physics would not allow him to go unembarrassed. But Brown went for it and the announcers couldn't get enough of it. Neither could we, but we're not going to throw ourselves down the river.

Even though this fail occurred in the middle of last week, we need to give it the attention it truly deserves. With time running out and the game already decided, Toronto pulled their goalie and left the Predators with a chance to score an easy goal...or at least that's what they thought. Because when Nashville's Matt Halischuk had an opportunity to tack on to their huge lead on an empty net, he blew it BIG TIME!!! How bad? Once the shot left his puck, almost everyone celebrated because they assumed that he scored. After all, how could he miss that close and with no one standing in his way? Well, he did.
