8. Citroen C-Métisse Concept

Debut: Paris Motor Show
Year: 2007
Complex Says: Made entirely out of carbon fiber, the C-Métisse was one of the wildest Citroen designs ever to hit an auto-show floor. Four seats, four doors, a lurching stance that hinted at the powerful 200-hp/300-lb-ft, diesel V6 underneath the long-ass hood—it was the ultimate French grand tourer. It would be perfect if built today. The Porsche Panamera and Aston Martin Rapide need some company.
