Complex Says: Everyone knows that no motorcycle jumps list would be complete without the dude who put this shit on the map. With 75 jump attempts and 433 broken bones in the process, Evel Knievel made motorcycle stunts the spectacle that they are today. His attempt to jump the fountains at Caesars Palace was the longest of his career, at 141 feet. Unfortunately, a lack of power while on the takeoff ramp caused a botched landing and put Knievel in a coma for a month. Still, it doesn't get much more American than Evel Knievel in that jumpsuit in Vegas.
