Some sad and bizarre off-season baseball news: Seattle Mariners outfielder Greg Halman was stabbed to death in his native Holland this morning, and his younger brother is under arrest. Halman, 24, was signed by the M's as a 17-year-old, and made his debut in 2010. He played in 35 games for Seattle last season, and was also a member of the Dutch national team in the World Baseball Classic in 2009.
