Porsche Design, the wing of Porsche that makes needlessly expensive versions of everything but cars, is set to open a building of condos in Miami, FL in which the elevator will not just take you to your apartment, but it will also place your car in your garage for you. It's designed "So people with fancy cars and antiques... will actually have a really nice view of them."
Units will range from 3,800 to 9,800 square feet and will be priced as high as $9 million. Porsche Design plans to erect a few more of these in other cities around the country. Apparently the 1% are doing just fine.
