NFL Quick 'Caps: Week 10 Late Scores

The Bears are looking dominant.

None

Seattle Seahawks 22, Baltimore Ravens 17

The crazy ups and downs in this NFL season continue with Baltimore's latest loss to a Seahawks team that was 2-6 entering today's game. Down 19-7 at half, Joe Flacco threw 52 passes and only amassed 255 yards. Flacco is a mid-tier QB and absolutely should not be throwing the ball this much. The Ravens completely abandoned the run with 12 total attempts, only five from Ray Rice. Five! Regardless, the biggest problem was the Ravens three turnovers compared to none by the Seahawks. Marshawn Lynch had his second straight 100-yard game with at touchdown and led the team in receiving with 58 yards in the air.

Chicago Bears 37, Detroit Lions 13

Jay Cutler completed nine passes, Matt Forte ran the ball 18 times, and the Bears won by 24. Why? The Lions turned the ball over six times, including two pick-sixes. Matthew Stafford threw an absurd 63 passes, threw four interceptions, and started a brawl. Quarterbacks really seemed to be competing for Philip Rivers "Worst Day Ever" status today.  The Lions have now lost three of four. Oh, and one more thing: Devin Hester had ANOTHER 82-yard punt return.

San Francisco 49ers 27, New York Giants 20

The Giants almost came back to tie this game, but their luck ran out on their third fourth down attempt of their final drive. Anybody still questioning the 49ers would be crazy as they used 15 fourth quarter points to move to 8-1 for the first time since 1997. Frank Gore didn't get the shot to extend his streak of 100-yard games due to an early knee injury. As a result Kendall Hunter picked up some of the slack and scored a key touchdown late in the game.
