Jaguar has prioritized getting AWD offered in their sedans over offering hybrid drive trains which is a win for both people living in the snow belt who want a sexy British sedan and the Gaia, who want people so stop producing so much carbon pollution when manufacturing batteries.
Jaguar says that AWD accounts for 70% of American snow belt sales and 30% of overall sales, so making this move is really a financial must for them, even if it will dilute the old school purity of the brand somewhat.
