Sidney Crosby probably cashed a check worth more than my entire yearly salary for doing this, so we really can't be too hard on him. But, yo, son: WTF is this? Like, did you really just do a commercial in which you compare your career—and all of the hard work that you put into it—to...bread-making!?!?!?!?! We get that you're trying to be a "man of the people" here and everything. But, hockey and bread? Those are two things that should never appear in the same sentence. Unless, of course, we're talking about the amount of bread you got paid to flip a hockey puck in the air a few times during this commercial.
How about less commercials like this and more making your way back from injury so we can start paying attention to the NHL again? See ya soon...we hope. And hopefully not in any other commercials like this.
