Rob Reiner, on a nationwide anti-smoking campaign, shows up in South Park in a "presidential" Cadillac Fleetwood. Unfortunately, due to his enormous size, Reiner must receive a lathering of butter to squeeze out of the sagging Fleetwood.

Cartman freaks out when his penis size is posted on a school bulletin board, and he is subsequently sent to anger management class. Naturally, one of the participants in the class drives a tricked-out Hummer H2.

If you are going to do an episode about sexual addiction, you must feature golf superstar and closet Casanova, Tiger Woods and his now infamous Escalade. As a side note, the depiction of Tiger's press conference is truly priceless.

The "Major Boobage" episode paid homage to the 1981 animated film, "Heavy Metal." The Firebird featured was fitted with what appeared to be a flux capacitor and had a boobage phoenix emblazoned on the hood.

And what gathering of small-sized men would be complete without the ultimate small penis/mid-life crisis car, the Porsche 911?
