With the slogan "It's not sport; it's not hobby, nor is it recreational. It's lifestyle." it's easy to see that the folks at Virtue Bikes take riding fairly seriously. The San Diego based company's site currently features two models: the Virtue 1, a cross between a fixed gear and cruiser bicycle of chromoly construction featuring 700c tires, no brakes or shifters, wide handlebars, and coaster brake wheels; and the more standard cruiser Virtue 6 frameset. All Virtue bikes retail for about 300 bucks, an incredible price for a complete bike, as they are maybe the only new bicylce company that actually owns it's own factories in China and Indonesia.
