As the legendary Ric Flair once said, to be the best you have to beat the best (Wooooooo!). So it shouldn't come as any surprise to hear that some members of the New York Giants want to see Michael Vick play when the G-Men square off against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday afternoon. However, we're not sure if they should be as vocal about it as they're being right now. During a radio interview yesterday, Giants safety Antrel Rolle said he hopes Vick plays and called the Eagles out as a team in the process.
"I want the best of the best, and he is the best," Rolle said. "I hope Michael Vick plays, because at the end of the day, I don't want any excuses when we go down to Philly and put it to them the way we will."
Uh-oh. Sounds like somebody is still pissed off about the infamous DeSean Jackson punt return last season. *insert the sound of a million Giants fans cringing here* [via Fan Nation]
