During a Norwegian soccer game, Odd Grenland's Jone Samuelsen scored a goal that might land him in the Guinness Book of World Records. In the final minutes of the match, Tromso---down by one---left their goal wide open in an effort to have their keeper serve as an extra attacker. Big mistake! Because after a couple of deflections, Samuelsen headed the ball towards his opponents' net from 57 meters away and scored. Now, it seems that this play may officially be the longest distance ever recorded for a headed goal. We could think of a couple ways to spin that, but we'll just say congrats. [via Deadspin]
