Braylon Edwards is at it again. The former Jets receiver—who is no stranger to bar fights—was at a drinking hole in Birmingham, Michigan on Monday when a fight broke out between a couple members of his entourage and some of the bar's employees. Edwards wasn't involved in the melee so he won't be charged with anything, but he is facing some scrutiny because several tweets were sent out from his Twitter account at the time of the fight that indicated that he knew what was about to happen. "Damn. Get ya knuckles ready," one of the since-deleted tweets read. "Don't fight if [y]ou don't know how."

The next morning, the tough talk died down and Edwards tried to run damage control by doing what all celebrities do when they run into trouble on Twitter: Make the "Oh no, my Twitter account got hacked!" excuse. "Yo...Lost my phone last night someone sent tweets," he tweeted. "Deleted them and changed my password. Sorry for the mishap hopefully never happens again!"

Riiiiiiiiiight, Braylon. Riiiiiiiiiight! Fiction can be fun, huh? [via SB Nation]
