Alfa Romeo has become Dr. Dre's Detox of the car world after plans of coming over to the U.S. have been delayed for a decade, citing everything from a depressed U.S. market to below satisfactory designs. Much like the Compton rapper/producer, the Italian car manufacturer has been holding us on a string by releasing snippets that only dim our hopes and anticipation of the car ever coming out. After rocking the Geneva International Motor Show with the Alfa Romeo 4C earlier this earlier this year, Alfa Romeo announces an early 2012 release date and drops this promo video for their lightweight sportscar.
