Shelby SuperCars Is Back For The Fastest Car Crown

American supercar manufacuter, Shelby SuperCars is back on the scene with their latest project, the SCC Tuatara. The name Tuatara (inspired by a New Zealand reptile which holds the fastest evolving DNA in the world) is fitting for a company founded in 1999, and who only three years ago held the world record for fastest production car with the Ultimate Aero, before it was blown away by the Bugatti.  The car is designed by Jason Castriota and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 7.0-liter V8 and 1,350-horsepower. They haven’t released any other specs but it’s a safe bet that they are coming back for their belt.
