There's nothing wrong with living large, but there is a point where being ostentatious becomes obnoxious—and it looks like Maybach just crossed the line. The ultra high-end luxury arm of Daimler announced plans to partner with Swiss jeweler de Grisogono to shine up the interiors of some of their cars. At a party at the Cannes Film Festival, the two companies announced the upcoming availability of diamond-studded Maybachs, for the most tacky affluent of the affluent.

Though no pictures or examples are available just yet, the first collaboration will be with the Maybach 62S. It will have a diamond-crusted rear armrest, which doesn't exactly sound very plush. After that, a thoroughly pavéd ride will be unveiled in November at the Dubai Motor Show. Great news for Rozay.
